Massive Growth or Profitable - Those Are the Options

The new World of AI has changed investor expectations for startups and that is making survival more and more binary.
A lot of founders ask me what books I suggest to help them be better. Here’s my usual response:
1. Books are personal. The best books for you will depend on your skillset and needs, not necessarily how popular they are with other founders.
2. Here’s the books that helped me. I started out as an engineer, then a product manager before becoming a founder, and I got a lot of value out of these 3 books:
3. An Honorable mention: Although it’s not in my personal top 3, Ben Horowitz’s The Hard Thing about Hard Things is probably the book I see most recommended by others. So it’s probably worth your time too.
