Entrepreneurs love building features but the reality is your potential enterprise customer probably wants just 1 simple thing and crucially they don’t want to have to change everything else in their existing systems for your product to work. This makes integration with their existing legacy system a powerful selling point — perhaps the most powerful.
From a great product, wonderful messaging, even an incredible sales team, or rock bottom pricing — none seem to be as valuable to Enterprise customers as supporting their existing workflows.
If you’re willing to do the hard work of integrating your product with a customer’s legacy system — they will love you for it and be willing to pay handsomely.
